I LOVE TO SEE THE TEMPLE

The St. George Temple is my favorite temple. We came to the visitors center for family night. The kids were impressed with the statue of Christ in the lobby. They also loved the model of Jerusalem and learned a lot about Christ's life and teachings.

Easter among the Red Rocks and Sand Dunes

We went to Snow Canyon for an Easter picnic. David and the kids decided to dig a

big hole in the sand dunes. David tried to bury them alive. The dirt started to cave in on Anthony and Stryder. We got them out alive without too much damage. We also had an Easter egg hunt in the Red Rocks.

HIKING WITH GRANDPA AND GRANDMA

David's parents came to visit us and we decided to go hiking above the "Dixie" sign. They were excited to get away from the cold Salt Lake weather. It ended up being warmer than we expected. Who knew February in St. George would be this beautiful!

PINEWOOD DERBY

Anthony was first place in the pinewood derby in our ward. He placed third within the 4 wards that met together. Stryder got to race Anthony's old car from last year. They had a great time.

HALLOWEEN '07

For Halloween Amber Wallis took our pictures by a pumpkin patch in St. George. The kids got to pick out their own costumes. One chose cute, one chose cuddly, and one chose downright scary. I will let you be the judge. When you go trick-or-treating in St. George you have the liberty of wearing shorts and flip-flops. The kids got too hot in their costumes and had to take off the jackets.

A DAY AT THE LAKE

We went to Quail Lake. The kids had a lot of fun. It was a little cool but we came prepared with sweatshirts. David "enjoyed" the smooth water for wakeboarding and the choppy water for waterskiing. Overall it is always a great day when you are at the lake.

GOING UNDER

Anthony, Stryder and Kaden decided to go on the tube. They told David to drive slowly and this made the tube nosedive under water. It is a cold day in October when you get wet at the lake.
